Integrative Counselling in Tadley & Online

Where nature meets nurture

Welcome to Natural Pathways Counselling

Reaching out for help can feel daunting, but you've already taken a brave first step by looking for support. I'm Sue Aufiero, and I provide a warm, welcoming space for adults, children, and young people to explore their challenges and work towards personal growth.

As a BACP accredited integrative counsellor, I use a range of different therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs, whether we're meeting face-to-face in my Tadley practice or connecting online.

A Safe Space to Explore Your Thoughts and Feelings

Life often throws curveballs our way - from relationship struggles and work stress to deeper issues like anxiety, depression, or past traumas. Whatever you're facing, you don't have to face it alone. I'm here to listen, support, and guide you towards understanding yourself better and finding new ways to cope.

Together, we can work on building your resilience, improving your relationships, and helping you lead a more fulfilling life. If you're ready to start your journey towards positive change, I'm here to support you every step of the way.

What is Counselling?

Counselling is a collaborative journey where we explore your thoughts and feelings in a safe, confidential space. As your counsellor, I'm here to listen without judgement and guide you towards growth.

Our journey begins with an initial consultation to discuss your needs. We'll then meet regularly, typically weekly, for 50-minute sessions where you can express yourself freely. We might use various techniques, from talk therapy to creative exercises, or even walk-and-talk sessions in nature.

The process is flexible and tailored to your preferences. Whether you're facing a specific issue or seeking overall well-being, counselling provides tools to navigate life more effectively, leading to greater self-awareness and fulfilment.

Counselling for Children and Young People

For children and young people, counselling offers a unique space to explore their world and emotions. As a qualified counsellor with additional training in working with youth, I provide support for those aged 10 and above. Using age-appropriate techniques, including creative tools and play therapy, I help young clients express themselves and develop coping strategies. We address issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, academic pressures, and self-esteem.

My experience in educational settings allows me to understand the unique challenges faced by students. Whether it's managing exam stress or navigating social situations, I'm here to support young individuals in their journey towards emotional well-being and resilience.
